Meetings and Events – Student Centered Design
Circuit Media offers a variety of event management services to ensure we meet all event needs from meetings and roundtables to nationwide conferences and trade shows. Our capabilities include but are not limited to:
Analyze goals, create strategy and corresponding schedules, run-of-show and day-of scheduling.
Manage online registration, handle all communication with and questions from attendees, run on-site registration.
Travel and Logistics
Assist in coordination of travel and accommodation arrangements.
Event Site Selection and Management
Assess and recommend sites, manage site contracts and payments, handle all communication with event site.
Marketing and Print
Create logos and color schemes for event brand, event website creation, design and print materials (name badges, banners, information packets, directional signs, registration signs, sign-in sheets, evaluation forms).
Photography and Video
Record event, capture event through photo and video, prepare event video and final high-quality photos.
Special Needs Requirements
Identify any special needs requirements and make necessary accommodations.
Establish and maintain budget, negotiate contracts, final reconciliation.
